NetworkDirect Names Kevin Conner Chief Financial Officer

Willow Grove, PA - January 22, 2001 -- Following NetworkDirect's recent move to larger headquarters and the addition of both a new management team and the Eagle Email division, they have made another adjustment to accommodate the rapid influx of new business. Kevin J. Conner has been named to the company's Board of Directors and will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Conner has earned over 16 plus years of extensive corporate finance and accounting experience most recently as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of The Learning Studio, Inc. He is a principal in the corporate finance advisory firm of Westrock Partners (Princeton, NJ), and he co-founded Conner & Associates, PC, a certified public accounting firm (Newtown, PA). Along with holding regular speaking engagements on such topics as private equity transactions, corporate finance, taxation and financial planning, Conner is also a member and former officer of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
