CSR, Supervisor and Executive Access to
EagleReponse
The system can be accessed by password on-line
using any Web Browser through servers dedicated to EagleEmail clients.
There are two levels of access:
- Full CSR access-to run reports and respond
to e-mail
- Marketing management access-to run reports
only
Integrated Reports Include:
- Access Reports
- Numeric and graphic depiction of e-mails processed by date,
CSR and by e-mail address.
- Usage Reports
- Numeric and graphic reports on reply messages used by
CSR, date, topic, and final disposition.
EagleResponse gives the CSR great flexibility:
- Each CSR is able to select his/her own
"view" in order to quickly process messages with similar, specific
content (for example, customer complaints), while other CSRs can
view different groups of e-mails.
- The CSR will be
able to add, rank order and even "score" keywords to fine tune
the automated response selected.
- The CSR will automatically
be served with e-mail which has not been processed for an extended
period of time in order to handle it with a higher priority.
- The CSR can specifically
log on for the purpose of viewing skipped messages.
Security:
The system is fully secure and is accessible
by password.
System Compatibility:
EagleResponse is independent of, but compatible
with, clients' legacy systems. It does not require a systems integration.
Development Time Schedule
This system is fully operational and is turnkey.
We recommend a four-week period to create the "message library"
train CSRs and test the system prior to going live
