How EagleResponse Works
EagleResponse uses "artificial intelligence"
to scan each incoming e-mail message for keywords to determine an
"intelligent" response and recommend it to a Customer Service Representative
for quick reply.
The EageResponse system is designed for
delivery by ASP and is browser accessible on-line by password, through
servers dedicated to EagleEmail clients. E-mail sent to clients
is directed to a URL address which consists of the client's name
and a prefix identifying the department or promotional e-mail to
which the individual is responding; e.g. prefix@client.com.
How EagleResponse Works, Step By Step
1) E-mail comes in to prefix@client.com and
is forwarded to EagleEmail server.
2) The system sends an immediate "auto response"
indicating that the message was received and will be processed
shortly (copy provided by client).
3) E-mail is put into a client e-mail address
database for processing.
4) The system automatically prioritizes and
groups e-mails based on keywords
5) The Customer Service Representative (CSR)
handling e-mail correspondence now can view the e-mails one at
a time.
6) For each e-mail, the system will "intelligently"
pick the appropriate response, based on keywords in the text of
the e-mail message.
- The system will detect bounces and e-mail
errors to avoid mail loops.
- The system will also look for "unsubscribe"
messages to avoid sending additional e-mail messages to parties
who wish to be removed from the list.
- All incoming and outgoing messages will
be archived in the client e-mail database, hosted by EagleEmail.
